Three Ways To Treat Thrombosis

The treatment of thrombosis is generally the use of anti-thrombotic drugs, which can activate blood and remove blood stasis. After treatment, patients with thrombosis need rehabilitation training. Usually, they must strengthen training before they can gradually recover. Long-term bed rest can easily lead to aggravation of the problem of thrombosis. It is very necessary to strengthen the exercise after treatment due to the inability to take care of oneself in life, bedridden.

In terms of treatment, there are currently three mainstream methods.

1. Thrombolytic therapy. In the early stage of thrombus, the thrombus in the artery is still a fresh thrombus. If the thrombus can be dissolved and blood reperfusion can be performed, it will be a fundamental measure to improve circulation, protect cells and promote functional recovery. If there is no contraindication to thrombolytic therapy, the earlier the application, the better the effect.

2, anticoagulation therapy, although most studies have shown that heparin anticoagulation therapy is not optimistic about the effect of progressive ischemia, but the current progressive infarction is an indication of emergency anticoagulation therapy, which has been accepted by most scholars. If the factors that cause the progression are determined to be enlarged infarct and poor collateral circulation, heparin therapy is still the first choice, and the treatment methods are mostly intravenous drip or subcutaneous injection of heparin.

3. Volume expansion dilution therapy, the expansion of blood volume should be carried out when the patient has no obvious cerebral edema or severe cardiac insufficiency.
