Connecting South Asia CBP Medical Devices Supply and Demand Matchmaking Conference, jointly hosted by the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council, and organized by the Bureau of Commerce of Daxing District and the Investment Promotion Service Center of Daxing District, was successfully held in Daxing District, Beijing, China.

The conference received a medical device purchasing delegation of 30 companies from six South Asian countries, including Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and India, as well as nearly 100 companies from Beijing and representatives from international business associations, totaling over 200 participants.

The event aimed to fully leverage the collaborative efforts of relevant government departments at the Ministry of Commerce, Beijing Municipality, and municipality to jointly implement the "Belt and Road" initiative for high-quality development, serve the national strategy of high-level opening-up, and provide enterprises with policy guidance, cooperation resources, and industry collaboration for international cooperation, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of Beijing's pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
